Mallerie planned her entire wedding from out of town so I didn’t have a chance to meet her face to face until the wedding, but I knew immediately that it was going to be a great day. When I arrived at the suite where Mallerie and the bridesmaids were getting ready they were all having a blast. In the years of photographing weddings, I have found that the energy in the getting ready room usually carries out throughout the day. If everyone is nervous and anxious, then usually the whole day will have that feeling even if there is nothing to be nervous or anxious about. If everyone is having fun and relaxing then that carries through as well. Mallerie and the girls were just super easy to work with all day and everyone had a blast.
The day started at the Boca Raton Resort and Spa where Mallerie, Thomas and the bridal party got ready prior to the wedding.
Mallerie and Thomas decided to do a first look prior to the ceremony so they could do their portraits before all the big events. It was pretty emotional.
The wedding itself took place at the Addison in Boca Raton. The Addison is a gorgeous venue with an outdoor area that brides just fall in love with. The two giant banyan trees are the staple of the property and usually where wedding ceremonies take place.
Mallerie wanted everything outdoors including the reception. The decor of wild flowers combined with the Addison ‘s outdoor beauty was just breathtaking.
Thank you, Mallerie and Thomas for letting us capture your memories!

This wedding is just pure eye candy for me. Kendall works as a clothing designer and her attention to detail is impeccable. Her dress, shoes, decor are just so beautiful. Not only were all the details beautiful but this wedding was full of emotion from beginning to end and amazing moments. The wedding started at the Boca Resort and Spa where Kendall and James got ready.
The wedding ceremony took place at the Assumption Church in Lauderdale by the Sea.
After the wedding, Molly’s Trolleys provided transportation between the church and the Addison.
The reception took place at the Addison, one of my favorite venues in South Florida.
Kendall’s choices of decor and color were just so elegant.
James surprised everyone by playing a love song on his guitar.
Thank you, Kendall and James for allowing me to capture your memories!

Vivianne and Joshua’s wedding was packed with emotion and lots of timeless moments. I loved capturing every second of it. The day started at the Turnberry Hotel in Aventura, Florida.
You are the one that I choose.
This is what Vivianne had to say after her wedding:
Q. What was your favorite part of the wedding day?
A. Favorite part of our wedding day for both Josh and I was when we did our first look. It was a very special moment!
Q. What was the most emotional part?
A. Bride: walking down the aisle and seeing all my loved ones looking at me and smiling. It felt like a dream.
A. Groom: signing the ketubbah with our family
Q. What was one thing you were glad you did that not everyone may realize?
A. Spending a few minutes together alone after the ceremony.
Q. What is one piece of advice that you would give a bride during the planning process of her wedding?
A. Give yourself enough time to plan everything little by little. It’s such a stress free experience. I did a few things every month.
This wedding was planned and coordinated by Nathalie Merle from Solea Events.
Thank you to Vivianne and Josh for allowing us to capture these memories.
Raquel and Frank had a beautiful wedding that started at the Viceroy Hotel in Brickell, Miami.
Check out this bouquet. It has to be one of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve seen.
The weather that day was cloudy and it looked like it could rain at any moment. I assured Raquel that the clouds provided the most beautiful light and it was nothing to worry about. Look how gorgeous she looks!
In typical Miami fashion, the weather cleared right up with blue skies in about 20 minutes.
The wedding ceremony took place in the Coral Gables Congregational Church.
The reception took place at the Rusty Pelican.
After the wedding Raquel and Frank had this to say:
Q. What was your favorite part of the wedding day?
A. We loved every part of our wedding, there are so many amazing moments it’s hard to chose one! However seeing all our loved ones share in the experience and enjoy the party was pretty amazing.
Q. What was the most emotional part of the wedding for you?
A. Groom- looking into her eyes as she said her vows was like looking at the windows of her soul and feeling her lover for me.
A. Bride- driving to the ceremony and realizign that I was on my way to start a whole new chapter in my life with the man of my dreams.
Q. What was one thing you did on your wedding day that you are so glad you did?
A. we are both glad we did not drink too much because we were able to fully enjoy every minute and remember it…lol
Q. What is one piece of advice that you would give other brides?
A. Definitely hire a wedding planner!!!!! The feeling was amazing to just enjoy the day and not have to worry about any detail. Our planner was amazing and made us feel at ease.
Special thanks goes out to Melissa Barbier from Events on a Budget for planning this event to perfection.
This beautiful wedding started and finished all in the same venue, Villa Woodbine in Coconut Grove. As soon as I met Nathalia and the bridesmaids and saw how much fun they were having, I knew the day would be a blast.
Ben, the groom, decided to wear a real bow tie except no one knew how to tie it. This is like the 4th time this happens to me at a wedding. Grooms, you must learn to tie the bow tie prior to the wedding! I’m making it my mission to learn how to tie them for future grooms. This is one of Ben’s friends doing his best after everyone else gave up.
Nathalia and Ben decided to do a first look which made the portraits go by so smooth. I love the feeling and emotion when a groom first sees the bride in a private setting.
Villa Woodbine’s massive oak tree is one of the most beautiful parts of the property. Dinner was served under the tree and stars.
I fell in love with Yasmine and Andy the moment they entered my studio. They wanted a wedding that reflected both their personalities. We described it as “leather and lace”. I think it was a success.
The wedding ceremony took place at St. Louis Catholic Church in Miami.
The reception took place at the Coral Gables Country Club.
